ABOUT:

Festival worked with this information security consultancy to develop a strategy, name, identity and website. The first task was to get the heart of what an information security consultancy does and clarify in an easy to digest way the benefits of using such a consultancy. Key to the communication was to unclutter, remove jargon and humanise the brand. We established the client’s key messages, benefits and tone of voice that enforces customers are in safe hands with people who don’t “speak geek”.

The name expresses how they help their clients create a ‘blueprint’ to identity the risks and how to protect, access and educate their staff about their valuable information.

The logomark avoids using clichéd ‘security’ icons such as locks – as these can send the message that the consultancy is just about “keeping people out” or that they are retailers of security software products. Instead we adopted a strong but simple type based mark and built specific image based messages into supporting elements of the brand.
